Aude's research interests include marine mammal hearing and the impact of sound on marine megafauna. Most of her research has focused on testing the hearing of new species of cetaceans such as pilot whales or beaked whales, understanding hearing processes and control mechanisms associated with echolocation. More recently, she has been interested in the behavioral ecology of mysticetes using non-invasive methods such as archival tags and UAVs.
